Creating a Wash Program – Standard Mode
Step 1
If your unit is not currently in Standard Mode please refer to Changing Unit Mode section. From the main screen press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code to proceed forward.

Step 2
Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the Operational Settings menu.

Step 3
Press the RIGHT arrow to advance past the Pump Speed and Calibration Settings menu.

Step 4
Press the RIGHT arrow to advance past the Manifold Settings screen.

Step 5
On this screen you can edit the Signal Acceptance Time using the UP and DOWN arrows. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Step 6
The next screen will allow you to choose the program you wish to edit, with the UP and DOWN arrows. Press the RIGHT to advance and save the setting.

Step 7
Once you have chosen the program, you will be asked to pick the input you wish to program, using the UP and DOWN keys. Press the RIGHT to advance and save the setting.

Step 8
On the next screen, you will be able to edit the Pulse Counter for the program using the UP and DOWN arrows. Press the RIGHT to advance and save the
setting.

Step 9
After the initial settings have been set, you will be able to activate the pumps that will run on the particular input. You can enable/disable using the UP and DOWN
arrows. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save each setting.

Step 10
Once a pump has been enabled, you can adjust the delay time before running. Use the UP and DOWN keys to adjust the MIN or SEC number. Press the RIGHT and
LEFT arrow to move between them. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save each setting.

Step 11
This screen will allow you to adjust the run time/total dosage for the enabled pump using the UP and DOWN arrows. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save
each setting.

Step 12
Once a pump has been configured, you can proceed through all other pumps connected to the unit as before.

Step 13
Once you have completed all pump settings you will be able to adjust the other input signals from the machine, and which pumps they interact with. Follow the same steps as before.

Step 14
After you have setup the pumps for all 8 inputs, you will be able to create a new program. The menu will continue to proceed through inputs and programs up to 30. Once you are happy you can press the SKIP button to jump forward.

Step 15
The default for the Program Reset will be the last pump connected to the unit. Alternatively, you can change this to a particular input you press the UP and DOWN arrows to edit. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Step 16
Time with the UP and DOWN keys. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Step 17
After the Reset Delay Time has been set, you can be adjust which program/blank program the unit will reset to. Change this with the UP and DOWN arrows. Press
the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Creating a Wash Program – Levels Mode
Step 1
If your unit is not currently in Levels Mode please refer to Changing Unit Mode section. From the main screen press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code to proceed forward.

Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the Operational Settings menu.

Step 3
Press the RIGHT arrow to advance past the Pump Speed and Calibration Settings menu.

Step 4
Press the RIGHT arrow to advance past the Manifold Settings screen.

Step 5
On this screen you can edit the Signal Acceptance Time using the UP and DOWN arrows. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Step 6
The next screen will allow you to choose the program you wish to edit, with the UP and DOWN arrows. Press the RIGHT to advance and save the setting.

Step 7
Once you have selected the program, you can set the Delay Time for level 1. Use the UP and DOWN arrow to
change the setting. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Step 8
You can now set the Dosage or Time of the pump. Use the UP and DOWN arrow to adjust dosage. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Step 9
After this you can set the levels 2 and 3 for pump 1. Repeat this for each pump connected to the system. Follow the same process to complete. Press the RIGHT
arrow to advance and save the setting.

Step 10
Now these have all been setup, you can select to move to a new program. Alternatively, SKIP will move onto the Reset Settings.

Step 11
The default for the reset will be the load pump connected to the unit. This will increment the wash counter. If you
wish to change this to a particular input you can use the UP and DOWN arrows to edit. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Creating a Wash Program – Levels Mode

Auto Formula Select Program Settings
Step 1
To edit the Auto Formula Select settings, navigate to the end of the program setup. (If you have a Formula Select, you can skip this section) Use the UP and DOWN key will change between TIMED and BINARY mode. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Step 2
When TIMED mode is selected, you can adjust the multiplier for the signal with the UP and DOWN arrow. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.
Examples
Multiplier x 1 – 1 second signal – Program 1
Multiplier x 2 – 2 second signal – Program 1
etc…

Step 3
If BINARY mode is selected, you can change the initial set up time. This is how long you will have to enter the binary code to
select the program. For the program set up codes, please look at the Auto Formula Select Wiring Guide (Page ).
