Nexus – Settings

Change Unit Mode

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code to proceed forward.


Step 2


You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the
SYSTEM SETTINGS menu.

Step 3


Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the System Settings menu.


Step 4

The first selection will be the Operating Modes. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save each setting.

Step 5

The default for the unit will be Standard Mode. Use the UP or DOWN arrow to change to the mode you want to use. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save each setting.

Change Unit of Measurement

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code to proceed forward.


Step 2


You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the
SYSTEM SETTINGS menu.

Step 3


Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the System Settings menu.


Step 4

Use the UP and DOWN arrow to change the UNIT OF MEASURE. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and
save the setting.

Step 5

Use the UP and DOWN arrow to select the unit of measurement you wish to use. You can choose between TIME(MS), ML, GRAMS and FL OZ. Once you have the unit you wish to use highlighted. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save the setting.

Change Language

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code for the unit.


Step 2


You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the
SYSTEM SETTINGS menu.

Step 3


Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the System Settings menu.


Step 4

Use the UP and DOWN arrow to select the set language menu.

Step 5

From here you can change the language of the unit using the UP and DOWN arrows. Once you have found the correct language, press the RIGHT arrow to save the
setting and confirm.

Changing the Date & Time

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code for the unit.



Step 2


You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu.

Step 3


Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the System Settings.



Step 4

Use the UP and DOWN arrow to select the set Date and Time menu. Use the RIGHT arrow to enter the menu.


Step 5

From here you can change the Date and Time of the unit. Use the UP and DOWN arrows to change the highlighted number, LEFT and RIGHT to move between
the digits. Once you have set the correct Time and Date, press the RIGHT arrow to save the setting and confirm.

Change Access Code

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code for the unit.

Step 2


You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu.

Step 3


Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the System Settings.



Step 4

Use the UP and DOWN arrow to select the Set Access Code menu. Use the RIGHT arrow to advance.


Step 5

From here you can change the Access Code of the unit. Use the UP and DOWN arrows to change the highlighted number, LEFT and RIGHT to move between the digits. Once you have set the desired Access Code, press the RIGHT arrow to save the setting and confirm.


Flow Switch Acceptance Time

Step 1

From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code for the unit.

Step 2

You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu.


Step 3

Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the System Settings.


Step 4

Use the UP and DOWN arrow to select the Set Flow Switch Acceptance Time menu. Use the RIGHT arrow to advance.


Step 5

From here you can set the Flow Switch Acceptance Time of the unit. Use the UP and DOWN arrows to change the highlighted number, LEFT and RIGHT to move between the digits. Once you have set the desired Flow Switch Acceptance, press the RIGHT arrow to save the setting and confirm..


Prime/Pump Stop/View Mode

Step 1


From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code for the unit.


Step 2


You will be placed on the Operational Settings menu. Use the UP or DOWN arrows to navigate to the SYSTEM SETTINGS menu.

Step 3


Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the System Settings.


Step 4

Use the UP and DOWN arrows to select the Prime Mode/Pump Stop Mode/View Mode settings menu. Use the RIGHT arrow to advance.


Step 5

To change the Prime Mode Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the Prime Mode menu.

Step 6

Use the UP and DOWN arrows to Enable or Disable. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save setting.


Step 7

To change the Pump Stop Mode settings use the UP and DOWN arrows to move the following selection. Use RIGHT to advance into the Pump Stop menu.


Step 8

Use the UP and DOWN arrows to enable or disable. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance and save setting.


Step 9

To change the View Mode settings use the UP and DOWN arrows to move the following selection. Press the RIGHT arrow to advance into the View Mode menu.


Step 10

Use the UP and DOWN to enable or disable. The RIGHT arrow will confirm.


Cycle Counters

Step 1



From the main screen, press the RIGHT arrow and enter the pass code for the unit.


Step 2


From the OPERATIONAL SETTINGS menu move down to the CYCLE COUNTERS menu using the UP and DOWN arrow.

Step 3


Press the RIGHT key to advance into the CYCLE COUNTERS menu.


Step 4

On the next screen you will be able to delete all saved cycle counters. Use the UP and DOWN arrows to change to YES. And use RIGHT to proceed and save. Otherwise, leave on NO and move forward using RIGHT to view the current counters.


Step 5

The next screen shows you the TOTAL CYCLES for Machine 1. If you have MULTIPLE MACHINES you can use the UP and DOWN arrow to change which machine
you want to view. Use the RIGHT arrow to advance to the PROGRAM COUNTERS screen.

Step 6

From here you can see the PROGRAM CYCLES for the machine you have chosen. If you wish to change the program use the UP or DOWN arrows.
